Scheduling an inbox message
After you’ve built the creative for your message, you’ll move onto the Scheduling step.
From the Scheduling page:
- To select the start time, select an option from the Begin drop-down list:
- To start the message after you confirm and activate the message, select When activated. For more information, see Confirm and send your message.
To start the message at a specific time, select At a scheduled time and then select a date and time. This is a good option if you have time-sensitive messaging (like holiday sales), but you don’t need to manually activate them.
- To select the stop time, select an option from the End drop-down list:
- (Recommended) To stop the message at a time to be decided later, select When manually stopped.
- To stop the message at a specific time, select At a scheduled time and then select a date and time. This is a good option if you only want your message to appear in your users’ inbox for a certain amount of time. Otherwise, select When manually stopped.
- Check the Summary to verify your selections.
- When you are done, select Continue and Confirm.
